- Education Waivers: If you hold a 4-year degree in real estate, you may be exempt.
- State Exam: Administered by Pearson VUE after DBPR application approval.
- Fees: Application fees apply. Military veterans, spouses, and Florida National Guard members may qualify for fee waivers.
- Fingerprinting: Background checks are required via a registered Livescan provider. Submit fingerprints after sending your license application.
