Once you register, you will have immediate access to all course content online, available 24/7 so you can study at your own pace from anywhere.
Students have a 12-month period to complete their courses. This applies to pre-license, post-license, continuing education, and exam preparation courses. Extensions may be considered based on specific situations, as long as the final exam has not been taken.
Currently, our courses are only accessible online and require a stable Internet connection. If you have a valid reason to access the content offline, please contact us at support@dolphinschoolofrealestate.com and we will do our best to assist you.
We report course completions to the DBPR weekly. However, during the weeks leading up to license renewal deadlines (September 30 and March 31), we send reports daily. It is essential for students to ensure the information provided is accurate to avoid discrepancies.
After passing the final exam, you can instantly download a PDF version of your certificate. This certificate will also be sent to the DBPR for your license renewal. Make sure your profile details are correct to avoid delays or errors.
Dolphin School of Real Estate has a 30-day refund policy, provided that the final exam has not been attempted. Simply send an email to support@dolphinschoolofrealestate.com with your purchase details, including your full name and email address, and we will process your refund promptly.
You must complete the post-license course before the two-year anniversary of obtaining your real estate license. This is a mandatory requirement to renew your license and continue working legally as a real estate agent in Florida.
If you do not complete the required courses (post-license or continuing education) before the deadline, your license will become inactive or suspended. You will not be able to legally work as a real estate agent in Florida until you meet these requirements.
The course includes over 500 practice questions, mock exams, and detailed feedback to help you improve in areas where you need it the most. You can take the mock exams as many times as you want during the 12-month access period.
The continuing education course must be completed every two years before your real estate license renewal date. It is important to stay up to date with this requirement to prevent your license from becoming inactive.
